The hotel's attention to detail was impressive - from the warm coca brew upon arrival to the personal touch of buying peanut butter specifically for my dietary needs. The staff displayed a positive and professional attitude throughout my stay, ensuring that every request was met promptly. The room, though not very large, was clean, spacious, and boasted a super comfy bed and pillows. The facilities were top-notch, and the hot shower was a welcome treat after a long day of exploring Cusco. Moreover, the inclusive airport transfer provided great convenience.
No complaints whatsoever - this hotel truly exceeded my expectations.

Value for money was excellent at Hotel Las Quenas. The room was spacious and comfortable, with memory foam pillows and plenty of storage space. The staff treated me with utmost friendliness and went above and beyond to meet my needs, even obtaining peanut butter for my vegan diet. The airport transfer included in the package was a nice touch.
The breakfast offerings could be improved a bit by adding more variety.

The service at this hotel was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. the rooms were very clean and the daily housekeeping was thorough. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh options. the hotel's location, although a bit away from the main area, was easily accessible by taxi.
The neighborhood surrounding the hotel was noisy and made it difficult to sleep at night. the rooms were a bit small and the bathroom hot water was regularly shut off, requiring guests to ask the staff for it to be turned back on.

The breakfast was good and the room was always clean. The location was convenient for getting around. It was just a short walk from the main square and there was a mini-mart nearby. The showers were also great and always had hot water.
Stayed there during Easter and the staff could have been more helpful when I asked about local Easter celebrations or events in the area. The receptionist seemed uninterested and just told me there was nothing happening.

Good value for money, comfy beds and friendly staff. Breakfast was abundant with a variety of options to choose from. We liked the complimentary laundry service which was a nice touch. the location was convenient as there was shuttle service from the hotel to the city center.
The neighborhood wasn't very appealing and a bit far from the city center, but at least the shuttle service solved that problem. the showers were nice, but the floor was slippery and a shower mat would be helpful.
